Task

- Overseeing and managing the entire kitchen operation, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Collaborating with the management team to develop new recipes and culinary concepts
- Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to food safety regulations - Monitoring food costs, inventory levels, and purchasing to maintain profitability and quality of ingredients - Ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
